What made my journey particularly remarkable is that between my initial consultation and the surgery date, I was living in another country. That did not slow anything down. The team maintained consistent, high-quality follow-up through online consultations, making sure I was fully informed and prepared regardless of the distance. Not once did I feel unsupported or left without answers.

The surgery itself reflected everything you would hope for in a specialist of his calibre, and post-surgery his follow-up has been structured, attentive, and exactly what a patient needs to recover with confidence.

I also want to give a dedicated mention to Dr. Chris, Dr. Jairaj’s assistant. Right before I went into the operating room, Dr. Chris checked on me personally, walked me through what was about to happen, and shared details in a way that genuinely eased my anxiety. That kind of human presence in one of the most vulnerable moments of a patient’s experience is not something you forget. His post-surgery follow-up was equally warm and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and well-informed every step of the way.

And then there is Halil, Dr. Jairaj’s coordinator at the clinic – who deserves his own recognition entirely. Halil managed the full administrative and logistical side of my case with exceptional dedication. He handled the insurance approvals and went out of his way to coordinate with the hospital to accommodate my specific requests. This is the kind of work that happens behind the scenes and makes everything else possible. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made every interaction smooth and stress-free.

This is a team that goes well beyond the clinical. If you are considering this procedure, you are in excellent hands
